Situation 1: Incorrect invoice amount
If for some reason the amount on the invoice was incorrect. For legal reasons you can never alter the amount of one invoice. However we can add an additional invoice or credit note to get a correct balance.

Situation 2: Other incorrect invoice information (e.g. address)
An invoice was generated with the correct amount but it contains incorrect information like the child name, address, ...
Proceed as following
- Go to the invoice item (not subscription) and open the bookmark
- Click on "generate" in the pdf tab
- Look in the comment section and click the pdf to see if changes are correct
- Go the the subscription item, open the bookmark and send the "subscription confirmed mail" in the mails tab
