Required checkboxes

We want people to check a checkbox, for example for terms and conditions.

1. Create a category field in Podio with multiple choice selected.

2. Add something like: I agree with the terms and conditions.

3. Go to your form and add the field.

4. Go to the field options and set require to always.

5. Also change the settings to check (no radio or select).
